Returns Policy
 
We hope that you are extremely satisfied with any purchase you make from us, however if you would like to return any items please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods.
 
Unwanted goods:
 
If you simply decide that the item is not for you, you are legally entitled under EU Distance Selling Regulations to cancel your order up to seven working days after placing it. You are also legally entitled to a full refund provided you have informed us in writing within 7 working days of receiving the goods. You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and under Distance Selling Regulations return the goods to us in a reasonable condition as soon as possible; if goods are not returned we can charge you the cost of recovery. Items must be returned at your own expense, therefore it is recommended that you use a trackable delivery service and obtain a proof of postage. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt. 
 
Faulty/damaged goods:
 
If your order has been received faulty, damaged or not as ordered contact us immediately and we will provide you with details for returning the goods to us. A replacement, if required, will be dispatched as soon as possible with no delivery charge. 
 
You must include with your return:
 
  • Your order number
  • If you need a replacement or refund
  • The reason for the return
  • If the item is faulty, 
  • details of where the fault is on the item.
 
We aim to process and issue refunds within 14 working days. We will inform you by email when the refund has been processed, please allow upto 5 working days for this to be refunded to your payment method.
